MinimalLock is exactly what the name suggests. A Minimal Lock Screen.
It has no buttons or sliders of any kind and operates solely using gestures. Unlike many other lock screens which rely on widgets MinimalLock has its own built in music controls which support a very large and growing list of musicapplications.
